Refund policy

All sales are final.  Partial refunds are offered only on damaged or faulty goods.

You could, however, exchange an item with one of a different size.

Exchanges are offered only up to 14 days after your order has been delivered to the shipping address you have provided.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at contact@etherealregalia.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you the address to which to ship the package. After the exchange has been initiated please make sure to send us the Tracking Number. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question at contact@etherealregalia.com.

Once we receive the package we will ship the size you requested.


Damages and issues:

If the item we receive has been damaged you will have it shipped back to you.

All sales on hand-painted items are final and cannot be exchanged.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do? 


Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following: 

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address 
● Ask your local post office if they have your package 
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at contact@etherealregalia.com with your order number.
